Kindly read all instructions carefully before you click on PROCEED button at the bottom of this page.

1. Please enter the details in the form carefully.

2. Uploading of documents is preferable but not mandatory.

3. Incomplete/duplicate registration forms will not be accepted/processed.

4. The particulars of the child (i.e. name, date of birth, parent’s name) should be filled in correctly.

5. The date of birth filled in the form must be the same as the one mentioned in the Birth Certificate issued by the Municipal Authority. No change whatsoever will be made after the completion of the admission process.

6. Once your registration form is successfully uploaded, you will receive an auto-generated “Acknowledgement Receipt” with the reference number which must be used for further correspondence.

7. Use a Credit card/Debit card/ Net Banking to pay the registration fee of Rs.25/-. (Non-refundable).

8. Registration does not guarantee admission.
