GUIDELINES FOR FILLING UP THE ONLINE REGISTRATION FORM FOR THE SESSION 2024-25
GUIDELINES
- To avoid invalidation of the electronic registration form, please read the following instructions carefully before filling up the form.
- This is an online Registration form for Cambridge School Indirapuram
- This form will work on Firefox and Google Chrome web browser
- Each form will be issued a unique Registration Number after the acceptance of the form. Kindly take a print out of the registration form and also keep the soft copy of the same. The soft copy must be available with you for follow up on your application.
- The registration form may flicker to refresh while it retrieves dynamic data from our database.
- Do not press the ENTER KEY to move from one field to another. Use the TAB KEY or the mouse for the same.
- After completing the application form kindly click on the SUBMIT FORM button.
- To avoid rejection, DO NOT fill more than one form for one applicant.
- All fields are mandatory. Incomplete forms will not be accepted by the system.
- Please enter your email id correctly as you will receive further communication on the email id provided by you.
- When a user selects values in some List box & Radio buttons, the registration form will refresh for retrieving the data from the database. Till the refreshing is completed, the user should not enter or select any data in the registration form as it may lead to loss of entered /selected data.
- Kindly note that when you have slow internet connection, the registration process will take time.
- It is mandatory to upload all the documents.

- Final admission is subject to the verification of the following documents [in original] and photocopies of the same have to be submitted at the time of confirmation of admission.
- List of Documents:
- Birth Certificate issued by the Municipal Corporation.
- Proof of Residential Address [Passport/ Lease Deed/ Electricity Bill/ MTNL Telephone Bill/ Electoral Card/Aadhar Card/Driving Licence].
- In case of applicants with sibling in CSI: the identity card/admission number of sibling, studying at Cambridge School, Indirapuram.
- In case of SC/ST/OBC/Villager(Indirapuram) certificate from the authorized authorities.
- Report Cards of the last two academic sessions for Classes I to IX. ( For Class Prep. – only the Report Card of Nursery is required).
- In case of SC/ST/OBC certificate from the authorized authorities.
- In case of ward of Alumni of School : Any Certificate to substantiate the claim.
- In case of adopted child: Adoption Deed.
- Aadhar card of the child.
- Immunization Card of the child.
- Medical Certificate from a government hospital or a report of diagnosis from a recognized hospital. (In case of Special Need or Disability.)
- Highest Educational Qualification Certificates of both the parents.
- Photo id proof of both the parents :- PAN card/ Aadhaar Card/ Voter I.D. Card/ Passport.
- Proof of employment of parents.
- Copy of Previous Report Card.
- Transfer Certificate of Previous School (can be submitted in the month of May 2023).
- Transfer Certificate of Previous School (Only for Prep to XI).
- Fee receipt of the last fee paid in the previous school.
- It is mandatory to submit the Transfer Certificate of your ward from the previous school, when the School re-opens.
Note:- Bus Fees is charged for 11 months payable on quarterly basis
IMPORTANT NOTE
- Information regarding the assessment/verification of documents will be sent to you through email/SMS shortly after the process of registration has been completed successfully.
- The printout of the Registration Form and the Registration Form (duly filled) with the required documents listed above (original and photocopies), should be brought by the parents at the time of admission for verification.
- Registration fee of Rs.1000/- will be charged for the Registration of the application.
- The registration fee will be non-refundable.

- School Curriculum is compliant with the National Education Policy (NEP) 2020
- Age eligibility criteria: Born between April 01, 2021 and March 31, 2022.
